1 - wipe the phone.
2 - then flash the rom
Every question that is asked about flashing will b laughed at for not reading. Do this for any rom on any phone.

messaging tweaks (can send to more people and a few more things i cant remember)
0 compressed all apks (makes its so the cpu doesnt have to decompress the apps when running meaning a faster rom)
