 iconiaN is a project I am starting to bring a unified stock rom to the A700 that will work on devices from all regions.
I will soon be making iconiaN a project on github in the next few weeks and will welcome contributions from you all.

 About the rom:
  • Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) - Based on latest RV10RC01.EMEA.GB (Will possibly work on all A700's)
  • Install from either ICS or Jelly Bean - Bootloader can be updated during install
  • Fully working ROOT
  • Unsecured boot.img
  • Newest BusyBox
  • Zipaligned
  • Fully de-odexed
  • init.d scripts (BusyBox run-parts) support (Not Tested)
  • All /system applications updated to latest available
  • Aroma installer - Choose what bloatware to remove (Can not remove Polaris Office or Solitaire)

 You need:
  • Acer Iconia Tab A700 with unlocked bootloader
  • ClockworkMod Recovery - 6.0.1.5 or newer
  • Jelly Bean Firmware (can be installed with rom)

 How to flash:
  • Download ROM and place it on your virtual SD card
  • Boot your phone into ClockworkMod Recovery (via adb or with a key combo)
  • In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
  • Select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to the location of iconiaN rom
  • After flashing process is complete, reboot the device (device will auto reboot if updating firmware)
